What materials are your products made from?

-The very first collection of Grey Castles has incorporated a very fine grade, soft and comfortable Cotton along with a composition of elastane in some of our fabrics, that would help you get a better fitted clothes for all year around.

Do you offer any other colors besides black and white?

-At this time, we only offer black and white options for our loungewear.

Can your products be worn outside of the house?

-Our loungewear and dresses are designed for comfort and relaxation at home, but they can certainly be worn out of the house as well if you prefer a more casual and comfortable style.

Do you have a size chart available?

-Yes, we have a size chart available on our website that shows the measurements for each size. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing the measurements to the size chart to find the best fit.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

-We do offer discounts and promotions from time to time. Please sign up for our email list or follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on any current offers.

Do you have a return or exchange policy?

-Yes, we offer a return or exchange for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached, within 7 days after the product has been delivered to our customer.You can simply raise your concern by mailing us at 'customercare@greycastles.com'. How do I care for my loungewear?

-To care for your loungewear, we recommend washing it in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, as these can damage the fabric.

Do you offer any customization options?

-As of now we do not have any customisation options available for the articles displayed.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

-In order to provide you with the ordered item timely and safely, we have some of the fastest courier services tagged along which can take from about 2-7 working days depending on the geographical location, after it’s been shipped from our storage.

Do you offer international shipping?

-Currently we only ship our orders only in India.

How do I track my order?

-You can simply refer to the tracking link sent to your email id after the order confirmation was sent.
