Cancellation,Replacement and Return

Cancellation 

  • You can raise cancellation requests for your orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us an email at customercare@greycastles.com 
  • Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. 

 Replacement

  • If you have received a damaged product/s, no worries, you can replace the product by contacting our team.
  • Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on greycastles.com within 7 days of receiving the order in case there is a manufacturing defect in the products or in the case of size issue of that particular product by contacting our team.

 Return

  • We don't have a replacement & refund policy for correctly delivered orders.
  • In case you choose to return the product. We might provide store credit for future purchases, which are valid for lifetime or return the amount to the same account you paid from. 

 Customization

  • In case of any size issues in the custom made apparel, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.
  • The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
  • The colour of the products may slightly vary as per the customer's viewing screen.
  • For any customised products,the estimate dispatch time of the same might extend up to 10 days after the order confirmation.
